2:56 PM EST: We're bringing up Frostfell, Harvestgain, Leafcull, Thistledown, and Morningthaw. The rest should be ready soon.
3:05 PM EST - We are opening Verdantine and Solclaim.
3:43 PM EST - All servers are up.

If you are getting the authentication error at the launcher, be patient and try again. That error is occuring due to the volume of players logging in at the same time.
