If you are currently trying to migrate a character and receive an error message because you are awaiting in-game mail, this is most likely due to the fact that you successfully completed one or several quests which result in an NPC sending you an item upon completion.
An example are some Argent Dawn quests, which result in a trigger for an item to be sent to you one week after you complete the quest.
The Argent Dawn quests are:

Letter from the Front
Missive from the Front
Page from the Front
Envelope from the Front

If you are experiencing this issue please contact a Game Master via an in-game ticket and the Game Masters will attempt to assist you. Make sure to contact them as quickly as possible as they may need time to resolve it.
