Emotes
Emotes are very similar in functionality to the emote functionality in the DMFI NWN1 Wand and Widget Package. There are currently right at 70 emotes that are recognized by the system in addition to the abilities, skills, and saves. These are all compatible with voice throwing options as listed above.
Commands
Commands are the action functions of the DMFI Tools. They will be similar in scope and range to the NWN1 Wand and Widget Package if not officially supported. Commands are available via typed text format or via the traditional conversation approach (now a dynamic conversation behind the scenes). There are a few new ones like NPC control functions which work hand in hand with the voice throw options listed above to allow basic "possession" of an NPC without ever possessing the NPC.
Languages
There are currently 52 languages available for use in the system.
Developers
The DMFI system has been developed to allow builders to easily expand and add functionality to the base system in any of the above categories. Waypoints with basic information can be dropped into the module to reference new additions to the DMFI Tool code. Further the code is structured so that you can use large segments of the code in alternate listening set-ups (ie NWNx based configurations). Finally, localization has been addressed by the inclusion of a single include file that carries all string data for the entire system (including the dynamic conversation)
If you are interested in making sure it gets out very early post NWN2, please contact me. We are always looking for excited new members.
