If you haven't forgotten about it yet, this will give you a new boost of excitement. Final Fantasy XII is stated to be out around Halloween this year. As quoted by Brendan Sinclair of Gamespot,
"Gamers who've already made plans for Halloween this year might have to rethink them. Square Enix today announced that it will release Final Fantasy XII for the PlayStation 2 in North America on October 31.
The publisher is releasing the game in both a standard package ($49.99) and a Collector's Edition ($59.99), the latter of which will be available exclusively through GameStop and EB Games. For the extra $10, gamers will get a bonus DVD with developer interviews, featurettes about the series, Japanese and American promotional trailers, and an art gallery."
Until then, let's hope they don't pull an "Advent Children" on us. The full article from Gamespot is here.
