World Of Warcraft: UPDATE - Paid Character Transfer Issues

There was a bug within the character transfer system that was found and in order to address this the build was reverted. Our intent is to remove the Secret Question and Answer from the realm to realm transfer requirement however it will still be necessary for the account to account transfer

We have confirmed reports of an issue affecting some players during the final payment step of the Paid Character Transfer. This issue causes these players to be put in a repetitive "loop" where they are prompted over and over for their Secret Question answer and their payment information, without progressing further. This "loop" appears to be affecting both realm-to-realm and account-to-account transfers.

We are looking into this issue with high priority. If you are encountering this problem, we apologize for the inconvenience. As our teams work to identify and resolve the source of this loop, we recommend those affected try the process again later on in the day. We will also look to posting here once we have confirmed a fix is in place. Thanks very much for your patience!
