We are aware of the continued issues with the authentication servers. Our Ops team along with many others have been working on the issues since they began. We know this is frustrating for you the players. It is also very frustrating for us, since we have not yet been bale to find the reason for the issues.

We ask that you continue to be patient with us while we work through these issues, and we thank you for your understanding. We ask that you please only post on the issues when you are having trouble loggin in for an extended period of time. We also ask that you keep these posts to the one main thread on the subject so that it is easier for the team to track.

Again we thank you all for your understanding during this time.
