Asherons Call: New Shadow Event in Arwic

An Adventurer of Leafcull sent the following:

The global went out:

"The skies over Arwic grow dark as a vortex of shadow forms in the old spire crater. Shadows everywhere grow darker and more defined and a cold sense of forboding grips the races of Auberean."

When I got there, there was a huge shadow monster. It was a large slithis-model shadow level 999, called "Shadow Vortex"

When it was killed, another message went out:
"The Brave Fighters of Arwic have defeated the Shadow Vortex threatening us all, but a new darkness has been left behind in it's wake."

"The Shadow Vortex twists and lashes at the sky. It rips a hole in the ground as it dissipates."

Then, a bunch of shadows and mukkir spawned, lead by Makkar (special mukkir with wings). one of the mukkir said something when it died:
Barbaric Panumbral Mukkir spasms as it's wounds seep ichor, "You have opened the Breach! He told us of your mindless destruction. Truly you are closer to the Darkness than you know."

When Makkar died:
Makkar says, "Your pressence here was anticipated. You have proven a suitable vessel for his rage. Enter the Breach! Your only future is as a follower of our great Lord."

On makkars corpse were several special amulets that when worn allow you to enter the breach. As I am not 100+ though, I could not enter.
