A haiku is a very short poem of Japanese origin. Your haiku can be on anything that relates to DAoC. It must follow the proper format of a haiku, which is a 5 syllable line, a 7 syllable line, and then a 5 syllable line. Here is an example, written by yours truly: [p]
Music makes us weep,
For we are only human,
Hear the music play[p]
All entries must be sent to partrige@warcry.com and must be received before midnight on May 8th. The heading for submissions should be "Haiku Contest." The winning haikus will be posted on the front page.
Also, please include in your email the username for your DAoC account. Please do not include your password, only your username. Also, please make sure that the email address in your account information is checked regularly, as your welcome email for the housing beta will be sent to whatever email you registered with Mythic. You can change your email to a more current one by editing account details.
