Everquest 2: Update Notes: July 15

The updates just keep coming! Here's the latest

*** Gameplay ***

- A speculative fix has been made that should reduce the incidences of lag spikes that have been occurring since Game Update #25.

*** Items ***

- Vruxx' Obsidian Shield will now add parry rather than deflection.

*** User Interface ***

- There is now a confirmation dialog for purchases that exceed the Broker Purchase Confirmation when buying vendor containers that are placed in a house.
