4) (Zack) Do you plan an international release at the same time ?

We are currently working out all of these details with SOE, since they hold the rights for publishing the game in Europe. Localized international releases will most likely come a short while after our domestic release. However, if international players would like to play on English speaking American servers, they should be able to do so.
