City Of Heroes: Upcoming Changes to Supergroup Bases

Positron posted on the official forums today about some upcoming changes to Supergroup bases. The changes were the start of a process to address some issues with bases such as "Things are too expensive!" Among the additions to bases will be the Oversight Center, the Med Bay, and the Teleport Bay. All of these additions are aimed at being low cost and affordable for small groups as well as allowing for faster initial functionality to a base.
