Apple is promoting its new iTunes Music Store as a revolutionary step against digital music piracy, but enthusiasts this weekend discovered that the company's iTunes 4 which allows users to stream their music collection to anyone with Internet access may be used for unlawful purposes.

Now it's only a matter of time until the RIAA gets the service shut down though it's a MAC only service "for now" so the impact is minimal. Though it's only a matter of time until someone makes a program that can access this from PC platform and then it'll explode like napster unless something is done.
