Factories Power RDP Cycles
Each country will receive a number of large factories in cities within their respective borders at map start. These factories represent a country's RDP effort and output. While they are "up and running" they compile points towards an RDP cycle. However, when factories are damaged or destroyed, their combined points output is reduced and RDP cycles can be delayed, and perhaps even stopped. Only a sustained bombing campaign will keep these important facilities from rebuilding.

Player Command- A New RPG Era
The completion of an RDP cycle allows for a new spawnlist to be made available for a country's air, land and sea forces. This spawn list is "ordered" by the player-run High Command in advance using a dependency and combat cost formula. This formula allows for the commanders to "spend" an RDP allowance on manipulating existing spawn lists (Army/Airforce/Navy). The completion of an RDP cycle powered by factory outputs triggers the spending of the points and issues the new lists to the game server. So, while Commanders' choices may give a country spawn lists that have real impact on it's chances to win the war, protecting the factories and allowing them to complete the RDP cycle is the only way to see that the new lists are made available in-game.

More on v1.9
v1.9 has a lot more than the 'RDP' features. In addition to porting the Unity 3D graphics engine to OpenGL, this new version adds another 40 cities/towns/ports to what is already the largest online world available in an MMOG. The additions to the terrain fill out much of southeast England as well as new strategic-targets such as destroyable factory installations.

v1.9 also adds a large number of special effects to the game with additions such as debris from shell hits on aircraft, shell ejections in first and third person and more battlefield explosions.

Infantry play has also received a lot of attention with the addition of a knife to the standard troop loadout, new animations including combat and non-combat emotes and additional sounds. More vehicles are being added including low-level bombers and new french armor.

One of the biggest new features is the introduction of Depot Spawing which allows players to establish a foothold in enemy held cities as well as use non-military facilities for troop spawning. These facilities are the depots that connect all the cities in the gameworld. Every road that connects two chokepoints has a pair of supply depots. Now these can be used by ground troops as combat staging facilities. Spawning at these depots puts inftantry in critical positions with tactical advantages. Depots are now more important than ever and create fast-paced infantry firefights like never before.
