Der offizielle Trailer zu Codename: PANZERS!

Karlsruhe, 11.08.2003 - CDV geht zum gezielten Angriff über und präsentiert mit dem offiziellen Trailer die ersten bewegten Bilder aus dem kommenden Strategieknaller Codename: PANZERS. Der Trailer besitzt eine Lauflänge von knapp viereinhalb Minuten und zeigt ausschließlich Ingame-Grafik. Im Trailer begleitet der Spieler eine Panzerdivision der Alliierten und wird direkt in deren Großoffensive gegen die deutsche Wehrmacht katapultiert. Wirkt die Lage zu Beginn noch entspannt, eröffnen die Alliierten kurz nach dem Vorstoß eines ersten Bombers den Angriff durch die eigene Artillerie. Die Gegenseite wird durch den Vorstoß überrascht und versucht hektisch ihre Verteidigung zu verstärken, aber in einer ersten Angriffswelle rücken bereits mehrere Shermans und begleitende Infanterie vor. Werden die Deutschen ihre Position halten können, oder wird der Überraschungsangriff der Alliierten die Schlacht zu deren Gunsten entscheiden? Diese Frage kann der Trailer beantworten!

Codename: PANZERS ist der zweite Strategietitel des ungarischen Entwicklers Stormregion. Die 3D-Grafikengine „Gepard" erfuhr nach dem Einsatz im letzten Spiel S.W.I.N.E eine Generalüberholung und präsentiert das Spiel mit atemberaubender Detailtreue! Codename: PANZERS befindet sich noch in einer frühen Entwicklungsphase und die Grafik wird im finalen Spiel sogar noch besser aussehen! Folgende Features sind direkt im Trailer zu sehen:
