Site Manager Responsibilities:
To manage the day to day structure of the site including staff, coding, news, community involvement, developer involvment, etc. Not expected to be so much hands on as to take all of the above and develop a staff that can complete the above. The SM is there to help grow both the community - both within the site (the staff) and without (the readers). MUST be positive and have had some experience managing people. Assistant Site Manager Responsibilities
Read above. The only difference is that the Site Manager has veto power. The Assistan Site Manager is expected to act as the Site Manager at all times while keeping the lines of communication open. Columnists:
Writers of the subject of your choice whether it be editorials, player fiction, player journals, short stories or any other genre that strikes your fancy. Expected to write no less than every 2 weeks. Please contact Ophelea with a copy of your writing and a proposal for what you'd like to to do.
