From this PR:
Infinium Labs today announced that the company has stopped accepting applications for the public beta test of its Phantom(TM) game console and service. The company will carefully review applications during the next 30 days and it expects to notify selected beta testers by November 15, 2003.
Beta testers must be at least 13 years old and reside either in the United States or Canada. Each beta tester must have broadband access with at least 1Mbps downstream connection with an Ethernet handoff via Dedicated Internet Access, cable, satellite or DSL provider. Beta testers will be required to
provide feedback on the service and system.
