CYBER WARRIOR UTILIZES FUZE SOFTWARE TO PROVIDE SUPERIOR CUSTOMER SERVICE TO ITS FANS

Fair Lawn, NJ (October 20th, 2003) --
Cyber Warrior announced today that it had licensed Fuze software to affordably bring customer support to the next level for their Massive Multiplayer Online Game "Rubies of Eventide." In addition to enjoying great success with Rubies of Eventide, Cyber Warrior is getting stellar reviews on its customer support and has been called out by GameRifts.com as "setting itself apart from the major players in MMO Games by offering some of the best levels of customer care and community relations in gaming."

"We had over 20,000 hits to our knowledge base when we released our MMO game title," said Julia Howe, Product Manager for Cyber Warrior. "The Fuze suite of software allowed us to easily handle this initial surge in support requests, and the amount of redundant questions being posted on our message boards and in email dropped by 90% as a result."

The online gaming community has been raving about the customer service and support of Rubies of Eventide since its release in June. MMORPG.com and its readers gave Rubies of Eventide a 9.0 (out of 10) for its Customer Service.

"We're happy to be working with Cyber Warrior," said Fuze Digital Solution's CEO, Chuck Van Court. "Our software would greatly compliment any company looking to provide their customers with top-notch service."

About Rubies of Eventide:
Rubies of Eventide is a promising example of change in the MMORPG industry. As a second generation massively-multiplayer game, Rubies defies the "EverQuest" template by bringing back the classic strategic RPG turn-based combat, with a twist. Rubies unique combat mode is an "asynchronous real-time turn-based hybrid combat." For players this means planning moves strategically with more attention to tactical rather than split-second decisions. Rubies of Eventide has seven player races and over 100 starting professions to choose from. With this system, no one is ever locked into a stereotypical role based on his or her choice of race and can develop their skills however they please in-game.
