Mysterious Ramblings #3: Centering on what's important

In two weeks, my baby daughter will have her first birthday. It's going to be quite a celebration, as she not only has two loving parents, but two older brothers that find her to be as much of a source of joy as we do. So, we're going to have a baby party. A group of parents we know all have infants and toddlers around the same age, so we're going to sit them all down in a set of high chairs, bring in the cake, and don surgical smocks and masks.
