EA announces agreement with KOEI Co., Ltd for Samurai Warriors

Chertsey, UK. - March 23rd, 2004 - Electronic Arts (Nasdaq:ERTS), the world's leading interactive entertainment software company, today announced that it has signed a European distribution agreement with KOEI Co., Ltd for the upcoming tactical action game, Samurai WarriorsTM. Samurai Warriors is developed by Koei's internal development team Omega Force, the studio behind the award-winning Dynasty Warriors series, and is planned for release on the PlayStation®2 computer entertainment system in June 2004.
