In2Games begins legal action to protect its 'Gametrak©' registered trademark

29 March 2004: Innovative hardware/software specialist In2Games today announces legal proceedings against Gametrac Europe Ltd in the High Court of Justice, London.

In August this year, In2Games will launch Gametrak©, a remarkable patented 3D controller for PS2 which will be bundled with the revolutionary fighting game, Black Wind. Debuted at the recent Games Developer Conference in San Jose, California, Gametrak© proved the show's biggest hit, with admiring crowds constantly swarming the company's booth to watch and play Gametrak©.
