Michael Hayward Appointed as Conspiracy Entertainment Europe CEO

SANTA MONICA, Calif.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--March 29, 2004--Conspiracy Entertainment Corporation (OTCBB:CPYE) today announced the appointment of Michael Hayward as Chief Executive Officer of subsidiary company Conspiracy Entertainment Europe Ltd.

Based in Cambridge, UK, Conspiracy Entertainment Europe (CEE) was established in January 2004 as a "Value Priced Publisher" with the intention of publishing branded and unbranded titles on PS2, Xbox, and PC platforms in over 25 European and PAL territories via a strong network of leading games distributors. CEE has an exclusive distribution agreement with Conspiracy (US) covering all current and future titles produced or licensed by the company.
