Turbine Powers Up Customer Service with Fuze Knowledge Base

imageBELLEVUE, WA (APRIL 27, 2004) - Fuze Digital Solutions today announced that Turbine Entertainment Software Corp., a premier provider of online subscription entertainment, will use the Fuze Q&A Suite as Turbine's online knowledge base and incident management system for massively multiplayer online role-playing games. Since reclaiming ownership of the Asheron's Call® franchise license from Microsoft in January 2004, Turbine has made major strides to ramp up customer service and in-game technical support for its online subscription entertainment. The Fuze Q&A Suite is viewed to be a critical piece to providing the full-service back-end infrastructure to support this mission.
