Preview - Shrek 2

Activision is clearly hoping to bank on the success of Shrek 2, releasing their game version of the Dreamworks movie concurrent with the "Silver Screen" debut. Coming on all console platforms, and with versions for the PC and the GBA, they're going all out for this sequel, and while the movie tries to achieve world-wide success for a second time, Activision is trying to improve on the predecessor. I was able to get some hands-on time with the Xbox version of this upcoming release, and I have to say that I'm impressed! The mediocrity of the first Shrek game doesn't seem to be carrying over here. I played through half a dozen levels, and it is shaping up to be a fun platform title.
