It should run pretty well, jmac1025. Just don't turn every option all the way up. (Then again don't turn every option all the way on any current system if you want smooth performance)

Akken, if you consider potentially running into dangerous and/or interesting encounters/creatures or exploring areas fun, then yes, travel is fun. If you are just trying to get from point A to point B, then I recommend taking a shuttle (or at least until we add vehicles in a free update after launch). As for how expensive it is to go from planet to planet: I would say new players find it very expensive to hop around, where advanced players find it relatively cheap. We're still tweaking the costs.
