Lord of the Rings: Third Age Comunity Day Part 2

The second day at EA was full of information. We started out at 9 am with David Silverman. He was able to give us some particulars about the game itself. I found the fact that the licensing for the books and the movies were separate quite interesting. Lord of the Rings: Third Age is licensed under the movie and will follow Peter Jackson's vision. While it does follow the movie, this game has new characters that have a brand new story to tell. Unlike "The Two Towers" and "Return of the King", this game will be the first RPG set in the Lord of the Rings world. Along with this information we also got a first look at their "video journals". The developers have put their work and vision on film and I must say it was quite informative to watch. Later today I will be releasing the first of these journals and as more become public, we will publish those also. David closed out his session with a contest.
