Ground Control II Shakes Things Up on the PC

The RTS genre has gotten itself into a rut as of late. Capitalizing on early successes like Starcraft and Command & Conquer, developers figure they can keep sneaking the same old games under the radar, shove ad campaigns down our throats, and expect us to fork over our hard-earned cash on more epic "climb the tech tree as fast as you can and churn out countless mega-soldiers" free-for-alls. Unfortunately for them, the average gamer is getting smarter--pickier--and we demand more from the leading edge developers than safe bets and cookie-cutter games. We demand ingenuity!
