I had the good fortune to sit in on one of the highlights of the Dragon*Con 2004 panel discussions: "MMORPGs, What's Next?" The panel was comprised of knowledgeable representatives of the online gaming industry, and the discussion was thought-provoking and insightful. The following is a taped report of the discussion, with my comments inserted.
