We are making some server-side data changes associated with Thursday's hotfix. We expect this downtime to last approximately 4 hours.

Ummm.....ok. BUT WHY?

From srand: Some of the Asheron's Call worlds were unavailable yesterday, and all of them are unavailable as I write this. We know that you are very anxious to know what's going on here. Right now we are working to bring the worlds back up as quickly as possible, but we will be posting a full explanation as soon as we can. Thank you for your patience.
