Hold your breath until you turn blue in the face - Gradius V Review

Until recently, with the release of games like the excellent Ikaruga on the Gamecube and the not-so-excellent R-Type Final on the Playstation 2, many considered the shooter genre to be a long-dead beast. A hardcore community continues to show its support, and some developers will still put out a shooter title from time to time. Occasionally it will even be an amazing title, even if it rarely gets a released into the American and European games markets. One such title is Gradius V.
