2K Games to Distribute Ford Racing 3 in North America

New York - February 23, 2005 - 2K Games, a publishing label of Take-Two Interactive Software, Inc. (NASDAQ: TTWO), today announced that it has signed an agreement with Empire Interactive to distribute Ford Racing 3 for the PlayStation®2 computer entertainment system, Xbox® video game system from Microsoft, and PC in North America. The first two titles of the Ford Racing series, which were also distributed by Take-Two, sold over 1 million units in North America.
