Horizons: Having the Horizons Beta Blues? Well, cheer up, its not over yet

If you didn't make it into beta yet, don't panic! David Bowman had this to say yesterday:

Beta III participation invitations will be sent out starting this week and continuing until we have successfully stressed a server to the maximum capacity. If there was one thing that I could magically change about coverage of Horizons, it would be the quick leaps to judgement based on incomplete information. It is not time yet to conclude that anyone is not in, or is in, Beta III.
