Take Two Sued Over Hot Coffee

Now that Hot Coffee is officially Rockstar's and Take Two's fault, they're being sued in a class-action suit filed by Florence Cohen, who claims she bought the "M" rated game for her grandson without knowing about the content he won't be able to access without a memory editor.

This is just the beginning, folks. I don't think any of us are surprised by this. We've taken another step toward games, movies, and books becoming federally regulated, and now the civil bar has been raised to justify it.
