Sony Goes After Exporter

imageHong Kong based Lik-Sang is being sued by Sony in an effort to stop them from undercutting European sales prices of the popular PSP. Sony plans on selling the "Value" Pack for over $300 US in Europe, while Lik-Sang is able to sell Japanese versions of the system for just under $280, with free shipping. Sony claims the company is interfering with their economic interests, but the practice is legal in Hong Kong. The real question is, if Lik-Sang can sell a PSP for $280, why can't the manufacturer?
