New York City Mayor Mike Bloomberg and Council Member Peter Vallone, Jr. hit a major roadblock in their effort to stop a promotional event for Contents Under Pressure, which will sport popular graffiti artists tagging fake subway cars. The judge on the case not only allowed the show to go on, but also shared some great commentary on the "people are impressionable monkeys" debate.
