Everyone gave the VirtualBoy a bad wrap. Sure, you had to hunch over like Quasimodo to get a good view of the action on the tiny screens cloistered inside a bulky VR unit. While the system itself was a flop, it was the first mainstream attempt at getting people to accept media presented to them in a very up close and personal (and in VB's case, slightly nauseating) manner.
