City of Heroes Versus Marvel Lawsuit Updates. Big Legal Words Inside.

Eric Goldman's blog features an update on the City of Heroes vs. Marvel lawsuit. Unfortunately, I have no idea what any of the legal terms mean. I just know it makes me want to yell "NEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEERRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRDS!" in my best Homer Simpson voice. Regardless, something definitely happened or has happened in the lawsuit. It looks like NCSoft is beating Marvel with the legal version of the Reasoning Stick, though that's just my layman's interpretation. I'm not even going to try to Internet Lawyer this.
