Japanese Province Bans Minors from GTA

Saitama Prefecture, Tokyo's neighbor to the north, has instituted a ban on sales of GTA to minors, its governor citing the game's violence as harmful to children. I think the argumentum ad nauseum is beginning to get to me, as these guys are beginning to make [B]some[/b] degree of sense:

Freedom of expression is one thing, but the wholesome upbringing of youths is also important and this was the only option.
