Cosplay from All Sides! City of Villains Costume Contest Announced

The folks at NCSoft are announcing their second annual costume contest, this time for City of Villains rather than CoH. Entrants are going to be judged on all things Miss America, including "costume impact, creativity, originality, detail and quality of the required Archvillain description." I'm really thinking of tossing on a suit and writing a 250 word bio of the coolest super villain I know, Ronald Reagan. I even have the right type of hair to pull off his do!

Think about the man. Supply side economics, damage to the FAA, and bullet-proof. I can't lose this contest.
