Nike and 2KSports Marry for NBA2k6

Ok, EA, you take ESPN (it's owned by Disney, anyway!), 2KSports will take Nike. That's right, while you boast excellent sports casting and that really cool wind section theme, they'll be cruising around in $400 shoes and dunking over Chris Berman. Nike choosing to partner with 2K is actually really interesting. As the games industry parallels movies, marketing of this level only further substantiates that gaming is in fact something legitimate. And hey, cheerleaders wearing name brands means their clothing fits better and lasts longer!
