Cthulhu to be Awakened… Provided Headfirst Finds a Publisher

Headfirst is creating a survival horror game based on the H.P. Lovecraft Cthulhu mythos. At WarCry™, we loves us the Lovecraft almost as much as undead pirates. It goes without saying we were disappointed when publisher Hip Interactive closed its doors with the Great Old One still slumbering without the capital to roll out of bed. Headfirst is still trying to move the first of what they hope will become a series, but they haven't head much luck. The good news is, a first-person shooter based on Lovecraft's horror is due out next month. Although the mythos doesn't lend itself to the first-person genre, it could work; look at Vampire: Bloodlines.
