Oops! Sony: "How do I flew PlayStation 2?! Oh, god, they've got to be backwards-compatible for PS3?!"

Well, I must say, this isn't exactly building my faith in Sony. They just released a PS2 that won't play some PS2 games. And when it comes to backward compatability on the PS3, Sony issues a not-exactly-encouraging...

"It's hard to say the PlayStation 3 will be 100 percent backwards compatible but as we said earlier this year we aim to make it so as much as possible," Sakamoto said.
