Death Row Letter to Jack Thompson

imageGamePolitics picked up on a letter written by convicted cop killer Devin Moore to Jack Thompson. The letter itself is pretty unnerving, actually. The way he talks about his lawyer's and the judge's actions, he might have grounds for an appeal. Check this out:

A major part of my defense rested on video games and the effect it had on June 7, 2003. Judge Moore of Fayette County ruled that the video game evidence was ineligible in court because there was no factual basis to support my evidence... Very untrue!... This crippled my defense and my lawyer had to make 'last min.' arrangements on how he was going to present my case.

Toss a few experts up there, especially now that there's more conclusive proof that, while Thompson might still be insane, he also might be partially right, and Devin Moore might at least get himself a new trial.
