Paradox Releases Hearts of Iron II v. 1.3 Patch Notes; I've Played This Game Numerous Times and I Still Don't Know What the Hell

Sweet Mary, mother of Jesus, just look at all of those changes. If you're a fan of what Paradox does (and you should be), the sheer amount of tweaking they're continuing to do with HoI2 completely revamps the game every time. Just look at the changes they made by yearly events. You could teach high schoolers with this game, provided they still teach them anything nowadays.

Also, the best change this time around: "Increased effect from interdiction by 66%."

I made it a habit of raiding supply lines via air attacks before. Now, air raid sirens will ring wherever my imperialistic, American eye gazes, a high-pitched warning of a forthcoming tank invasion led by Patton. Where's my corn cob pipe?
