We didn't notice any crashing, but we did run into some technical glitches. Others, however, have not been so lucky. I do hope the people paying $2,000 for a 360 on Ebay get most of the crashes. If karma truly existed, they would. If some little boy doesn't get his Christmas present because of moron EBay speculators and the morons who feed them money, then their XBoxes shouldn't work.
