Revolution to be Unveiled Week before E3 - Reasons to Attend E3 Officially Nil

Ok, so the PS3 is going to be at CES, the 360 is out, and the Revolution is going to be unveiled on May 9, before E3 starts. Why, again, do we have this conference? E3 better be careful, because it seems even the big guys are getting tired of using the actual event to actually conduct business anymore.

And hey, if the press conference is anything like last year's, covered entirely by bloggers with a corral for the big press guys to hide from normal people, it'll only serve to prove my old point.
