Breaking news from Reuters. EA is being sued for stealing a smaller developer's ideas. The lawsuit was filed November 28. See, back in 2003, Pernell Harris, owner of a company called "Virtual Jam" talked to EA about a game he was working on where you guide an athelete through his football career, customize stats, etc. Man, was he cranky to find similar features in Madden 2006.
