Denied!

The fresh sound of denial comes rolling through the courthalls in Illinois, where a certain video game law we have probably mentioned just occasionally has been sitting in the "will it or won't it get implemented" stage of litigation since it was signed. U.S. District Court Judge Matthew Kennelly has come down in favor of the video game industry, stating "Defendants have come nowhere near making the necessary showing in this case. First, they have offered no evidence that the violent content in video games is 'directed to inciting or producing imminent lawless action.'...
