"Alright, Who Left the Door open?" - City of Heroes Hacked via Unprotected Server Code

The boys at Kotaku are reporting that City of Heroes was hacked last night by a lone individual. When he got inside, he brought down two servers (Champion and Protector) and used some of the source code he found to build a player-run server. But how did he get in? Looks like someone left the door open: he found a bit of server access software the devs use, and it wasn't password protected. Hoisted by your own petard!
