Q-3PO has visited the Official Site, and dropped a set of deep questions onto the players there. Q asks:

What does "balance" mean to you?
How do you try to achieve that balance?
How to you deal with players who have profession envy? (This is where they perceive another profession being "better" in the game than the one they choose)
What if they are right? How much does it matter since they can pick up or remove any skill they want?
