Cider Bringing Hope for Mac Gamers?

According to Joystiq, gamers who prefer the Mac platform but are frustrated with the lack of compatibility with primarily Windows-based games may finally have an answer. TransGaming has announced work on an OS X variant named Cider (Apple Cider, get it?) that will be capable of running Windows programs without requiring messy and/or complicated dual-boot setups. This may be what many Mac gamers have been waiting for--unless Apple shows something off at WWDC.
